It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Bharat Bhushan, Advocate on 16.02.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 01.05.2012 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 1646 of 2011 barred by time by 932 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and permission to file additional documents, exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos. 701-704 of 2013 arising out of SLP (C) CC No. 22039 of 2012 Entitled Randhir Singh & Ors.Etc. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors. arising out of common order was directed on 02.01.2013 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 02.01.2013 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 27782 of 2014 @ CC No. 15803 of 2014 Entitled Nandu & Ors. Versus State Of Haryana arising out of common order was directed on 08.10.2014 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 08.10.2014 is annexed as annexure P-4 at page no 95 in paper books).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
