UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) NO.9484/2008 Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has already come on record. -2- Item No.3 The ld counsel for the petitioner has moved an application for amendment of the cause title and designation in respect of respondent No.4 but it appears that the copy has not been served on the other side. He has undertaken to serve the copy on the ld.counsels for the respondents, Mr Milind Kumar and Mr D.S.Mahra. The ld. Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 6 to 8 have undertaken to cure the defects in the counter affidavit by next date. Three weeks' time is granted. SLP(C) NO.9503/2008 Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has already come on record. The ld counsel for the petitioner has moved an application for amendment of the cause title and designation in respect of respondent No.3 but it appears that the copy has not been served on the other side. He has undertaken to serve the copy on the ld.counsels for the respondents, Mr Milind Kumar,Mr Gopal Krishan and M/S Mitter & Mitter Co. The ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos. 5 to 7 has undertaken to cure the defects in the counter affidavit by next date. SLP(C) NO.9507/2008 Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1,2,5 and 6 has already come on record. Remaining respondents are reported to be duly served through post and dasti but none appeared on their behalf. However, further necessary orders would be passed as and when other connected matters would become ready. -3- Item No.3 SLP(C) NO.9511/2008 Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1,2 and 6 has already come on record. Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 and 7 to 11 are reported to be duly served through dasti and post but none appeared on their behalf. The ld counsel for the petitioner has moved an application for amendment of the cause title and designation in respect of respondent No.6 but it appears that the copy has not been served on the other side. He has undertaken to serve the copy on the ld.counsels for the respondents. SLP(C) NO.9522/2008 Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 6 has already come on record. Remaining respondents have been reported to be duly served but none appeared on their behalf. However, further necessary orders would be passed as and when other connected matters would become ready. SLP(C) NO.9526/2008 Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 6 has already come on record. Necessary proof of service of copies on the other side be filed on record by next date ( in respect of counter affidavit of respondent Nos. 5 and 6). The ld. Counsel for the petitioner, Mr Jagjit Singh Chhabra has moved an application for amendment of the cause title and designation in respect of respondent No.6 on -4- Item No.3 record. However, the ld.
