UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER

th Post these matters on 16 January, 2008.

The State of Punjab is permitted to file its written statement in O.S.No.3/2007 a nd its replication to State of Rajasthan's written statement in O.S.No.1/2007.

State of Rajasthan may file its replication in O.S.No.3/2007.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Central Water Commission has already called the parties for an amicable settlement of the matter. All the parties have alre ady submitted their pleadings. All the parties are requested to co-operate with the Central Water Commission to expedite the proceedings before it.
