UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have been apprised at the Bar that the State of Maharashtra and the State of Madhya Pradesh are necessary parties. Let them be impleaded as respondent Nos.5 and 6. Cause title be rectified accordingly.

Mr. C.D. Singh and Mr. Nishant Katneshwarkar, learned counsel, undertake to appear on behalf of the States of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra respectively and shall file their respective affidavits with regard to interim relief within two weeks hence.

Mr. Anupam Lal Das, learned counsel who has entered appearance on behalf of the Western Coal Fields, the respondent No.4, undertakes to file affidavit within two weeks hence.

Let the matter be listed for consideration of interim relief on 7th February, 2017.
