The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.01.2017 with office report dated 07.01.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Let these matters be listed on 23.1.2017 for consideration of the interim relief. In the meantime, Mr. R.K. Rathore, learned counsel for the respondent – Union of India, is given liberty to file reply affidavit."

It is submitted that Mr. Anupam Lal Das, Advocate has on 13.01.2017 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4 in both the writ petitions after taking 'no-objection' from the erstwhile Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Mukesh Kumar Maroria, Advocate has on 19.01.2017 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 in WP(C) NO. 912/2016 but counter affidavit has not been filed so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Anupam Lal Das, Advocate for respondent No. 4 has on 18.01.2017 filed an application for dismissal of the writ petition in both the writ petitions above-mentioned. The said application has been registered as I.A. No. 5 of 2017 in W.P.(C) No. 886 of 2016 and I.A. No. 3 of 2017 in W.P.(C) No. 912 of 2016 (copy of the applications as separate paper books are being circulated herewith).

It is further submitted that Mr. Manish Kumar Saran, Advocate has on 19.01.2017 filed proof of service in both the writ petitions after serving copy of the writ petition on Mr. C.D. Singh and Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocates.

Service of notice is complete.

The Writ Petitions alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
