This Court, in the said order, took note of an earlier order passed in Civil Appeal Nos. 9425-9475 of 2018, titled "VISHVANATH S/O NARAYAN LATE ETC. V. THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND ORS. ETC.", and remanded the matter for reconsideration to the High Court. Further, in the said order, it was clarified that the appellant would not be entitled to interest as well as other statutory benefits for the period of default/delay in filing the present appeal or in the past as well.
