Ld. Counsel for the petitioner in T.C.(C) No. 11/2015 and T.C.(C) No. 19/2015 submits that application for disposal has been filed yesterday. Office to verify and process accordingly.

Ld. Counsel, Mr Abhinav Agarwal has on 3.4.2024 filed an application for direction requesting therein to direct the Registry to return the expired original Bank Guarantee but according to the office report, no such Bank Guarantee No.10021GFIN002112 was transmitted.

Registry to process the matters for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
