UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute relates to a dwelling house only as the rest of the property covered by the decree has already been delivered to the decree holder. He further states that the matter could be settled out of court with the help of the Mediation Centre at the High Court of Cochin.
We do not propose to issue notice to the respondents at this stage. We, however, request the in-charge of Mediation Centre at the High Court of Cochin to issue notice to the respondents and to explore the possibilities of arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties.
Report of the Mediation Centre may be submitted to this Court within a period of six weeks from today.
Directions given by the High Court regarding dispossession shall continue for a period of two months from today.
