states that there is some typographical error in the Counter Affidavit filed by them and they want to correct the same.

Office is directed to not to allow the litigants to change/alter any of the documents without proper application for amendment of pleadings and following the provisions of Civil Procedure Code as well as Supreme Court Rules.

There is some mistake in the name of the litigant in the cause title also. Petitioner concerned is directed to verify the fact and take appropriate steps. Petitioners may file Rejoinder Affidavit before 22nd March, 2007.

Office is directed to clarify the status of service in all the Special Leave Petitions without fail and to forward files of all the cases which are listed in the cause list.

Issue fresh notice to the unserved respondents.
