The appeals abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 02.07.2015 when the following order was passed:

"Three of the respondents are common to both appeals herein. Appellant has yet to furnish the fresh address of respondent no. 2. Be furnished within three weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued.

Certificate of service with respect to the legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 3 is awaited from the concerned High Court. Reminder be issued.

It is mentioned by the ld. Counsel for the appellant that appellant has also expired. Appropriate steps be taken within the time given. List again on 24.8.2015."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Appellant has not furnished the fresh Address of Common respondent No. 2 nor filed copy of petition, therefore, fresh NLPA could not be issued to unserved Respondent No. 2.

It is further submitted that Certificate of Service is still awaited from the High Court in respect of LRs of deceased Respondent No. 3.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
