The writ petition abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.02.2017, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in OWP No. 1842 of 2015 titled as "Ex.HC Pradip Kumar Hajong vs. Union of India & Ors." pending before the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu. ."

It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order, show cause notice was issued to all the six respondents through Regd. A.D. on 22.02.2017. Dasti notice was also handed over to the counsel for the petitioner on 20.02.2017. Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate has on 10.03.2017 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Union of India i.e. respondent nos. 1 to 4 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 23.03.2017 filed affidavit of dasti alongwith proof of service after serving notice on all the six respondents but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 5 and 6 so far.

Service of notice is complete on Respondent Nos.1 to 3 & 6 by way of tracking report of postal authorities and also by way of affidavit of dasti service.

Service of notice is complete on Respondent Nos.4 & 5 by way of affidavit of dasti service .

The Writ petition abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
