UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

Two weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to learned counsel for petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to serve respondent nos. 1, 2, 16, 23, 94, 100, 114 and 123, as process could not be served.

Service is complete in respect of other respondents.

However, someone appeared for respondent no. 52. He neither gave appearance slip nor mentioned his name. Four weeks time, is granted to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Appearing respondents, if not filed counter affidavit, four weeks time, is granted to file the same.

List again on 24.11.2022.
