O R D E R

Learned counsel for appellant shall within a period of two weeks file the fresh particulars of respondent Nos. 1, 2, 16, 23, 94, 100, 114 and 123 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

Service is complete on other respondents, appearing respondents who have not filed counter affidavit, shall file the same within a period of four weeks.
