The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th
July, 2016 algongwith connected matters when the Court's was pleased to pass the following order:
"By our Order dated 05.04.2016 we had directed the Registrar of this Court to examine the copies of the report placed on record and to make a report in terms of the said order. A report has accordingly been submitted by the Registrar, copies whereof shall be furnished to learned counsel for the parties who shall have two weeks' time to respond to the report.
Post on Wednesday i.e. 24.08.2016."
Pursuant to Court's order quoted above a copy of the the report of the Ld. Registrar Dated 30th May, 2016 was issued to the Counsel for the parties on 18th July, 2016 in Transferred Case No. 72 of 2015.

It is futher submitted that Mr. Vishnu Sharma, Advocate for Petitioner has on 27th July, 2016 filed Affidavit as directed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 12th July, 2016 in Transferred Case No. 72 of 2015 after serving its copy on other side. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.
It is further submitted that Mr. E.C. Agrawala, Advocate has on 3rd August, 2016 filed Affidavit on behalf of intervenor in Transferred Case No. 72 of 2015 after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of the same has been included in the Paper books.
Service is complete in all the matters except in respect of respondent No. 4 in T.C. No. 72 of 2015 & Respondent No. 4 State of Bihar in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 348 of 2015.
The matters along with applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
