"By our Order dated 05.04.2016 we had directed the Registrar of this Court to examine the copies of the report placed on record and to make a report in terms of the said order. A report has accordingly been submitted by the Registrar, copies whereof shall be furnished to learned counsel for the parties who shall have two weeks' time to respond to the report. Post on Wednesday i.e. 24.08.2016."

It is submitted that the report prepared by Ld. Registrar has been submitted in connected matter i.e. T.C.(C) No. 72/2015 and the said matter relates to Section XVIA.

It is further submitted that respondent No. 1 in person in SLP(C) No. 18614/2015 noted the date of listing of this matter for 24.08.2016.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
