The matters alongwith applications above mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 22.02.2016 alongwith connected matters, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
"Learned counsel for the parties submit that the pleadings are complete. Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General submits that the relevant files referred to in our Order dated 09.12.2015 shall be made available to the Court for perusal as and when the matters are listed for hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that apart from other documents which the Union of India has placed on record and the files that have been summoned, the Government is directed to produce Tyagi Committee's report regarding frontal crash in relation to quadricycle. Mr. Rohatgi to secure the relevant report also for perusal of the court.
Post on 05.04.2016 along with all connected matters."
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed the requisite report so far.
It is further submitted that respondent no. 1 in person has been informed by telephone about date of listing.
