The matters abovementioned were listed with main matter i.e. SLP No. 1864 of 2015 before the Hon'ble Court on 13th October, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:
"It is accepted at the Bar that the Transferred Case (Civil) No.72 of 2015, is the lead matter in this batch of matters and the pleadings are complete.
At this juncture, it is submitted by Mr. Gopal Subramonium, Mr. Mohan Parasaran and Mr. C.A. Sundaram, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners that they may be permitted to file a comprehensive affidavit covering all angles.
Let the said affidavit be filed by 4th November, 2015. Reply, if any, be filed by the petitioners, as well as by the Union of India by 18th November, 2015.
Automobile Research Association of India (ARAI), the respondent No.3 in T.C.(C) No.72 of 2015, shall also file a comprehensive affidavit within four weeks hence.
We may hasten to clarify that the counter affidavits filed either in the special leave petitions or in the transferred cases, shall be taken into consideration while adjudicating the Transferred Case (Civil) No.72 of 2015.
Let the matter be set out for final disposal on 2nd December, 2015.
It is hereby made clear that no adjournment shall be granted on that day on any score.
The interim order passed on the earlier occasion shall remain in force till the next date of hearing."
It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, no documents has been filed in these matters.

Respondent no. 3 is represented by Ms. Rachna Gupta, Advocate and she has also filed counter affidavit and copy of the same has already been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper books. Respondent nos. 5 and 6 are represented by Mr. Rauf Rahim, Advocate. In respect of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 neither A. D. Cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. E. C. Agrawala, Counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of service with regard to serve the copies of Special Leave Petition on Mr. D. S. Mahra and Mr. Subramonium Prasad, Advocates on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 6 respectively but no vakalatnama and appearance has been filed so far.
