It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 26.06.2015 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in PIL No. 38 and 42/2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 4 days) and application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Counsel appearing on Caveat for Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in SLP (C) CC No. 18615/2015 has on 26.10.2015 filed a letter stating therein that TP(C) Nos. 1426-1427/2015 for transferring PIL No. 38/2015 and 42/2015 was listed before Hon'ble Court on 21.09.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of Notice and Stayed further proceedings. Copy of Advocate letter as well as Order dated 21.09.2015 are enclosed herewith.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
