It is submitted that there are six respondents. Respondent no. 3 is represented by Ms. Rachna Gupta, Advocate and she has also filed counter affidavit and copy of the same is circulated herewith. Respondent nos. 5 and 6 are represented by Mr. Rauf Rahim, Advocate. In respect of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4, neither A. D. Cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received so far.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) NOS. 73697370 OF 2015

The matters abovementioned were listed with main matter i. e. T. P. (C) Nos. 341349 of 2015 before the Hon'ble Court on 27th February, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to interalia pass the following order:

"Permission to file Special Leave Petitions is granted. Issue notice returnable within two weeks. There shall be stay of the impugned order dated 04.12.2014 till 10.3.2015. List on 10.3.2015."

Thereafter, the matters abovementioned were listed with main matter i. e. T. P. (C) Nos. 341349 of 2015 before the Hon'ble Court on 10th March, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to interalia pass the following order:

"List on 22.04.2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties are requested to file their propositions of law on the date of hearing so that it will be convenient to appreciate their contentions.

The interim order shall remain in force till the next date of hearing."

It is submitted that there are six respondents. Respondent nos. 1 and 2 are represented by Mr. Rauf Rahim, Advocate. Respondent no. 5 is represented by Ms. Rachna Gupta, Advocate and she has also filed counter affidavit and copy of the same is circulated herewith. In respect of respondent nos. 3, 4 and 6, neither A. D. Cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. E. C. Agrawala, Counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of service with regard to serve the copies of Special Leave Petition on Mr. D. S. Mahra and Mr. Subramonium Prasad, Advocates on behalf of respondent nos. 3, 4 and 6 respectively but no vakalatnama and appearance has been filed so far.
