It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. V.N. Raghupathy, Advocate has filed vakalat/appearacne on behalf of respondent No.6 but has not filed counter affidavit. Ms.Rachana Gupta, Advocate has filed vakalat/appearacne and has on 17.04.2015 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 5 and the same is being circulated with this office report.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is submitted that Mr. D. S. Mahra, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf respondent Nos. 3 and 4 vide Court's Order dated 16.01.2015 but he has not filed vakalat/appearance and counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vishnu Sharma, Advocate has on 16.04.2015 filed an application for direction (I.A. No. 5) on behalf of respondent No. 1 & 2 and the same is being circulated with this office report.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vishnu Sharma, Advocate has on 16.04.2015 filed an application for permission to file additional documents(I.A. No. 6) with additional documents (VOL III & IV) on behalf of respondent No. 1 & 2 and the same is also being circulated with this office report.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. E.C. Agarwala, Advocate for the petitioner has on 21.04.2015 filed counter affidavit on behalf of petitioners to the I.A. filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 with the leave of the Hon'ble Court and the same is also being circulated with this report.
