It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 1864 of 2015 (@ SLP (C) CC No. 412 of 2015) involving similar question of law was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th January, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice and granted stay and the same is pending. Copy of the Order dated 16.01.2015 is annexed as Annexure P-12 at page nos. 526-528 in Transfer Petition Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vishnu Sharma, Advocate has filed Caveat/Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in T.P. (C) Nos. 343/15, 346/2015, 349/2015 and Respondent No. 1 & 2 in T.P. (C) No. 347/15.
