The matter abovementioned has been filed by Ms. Hemantika Wahi, Advocate on behalf of the petitioners against the Judgment and Order dated 11th August, 2016 passed by the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in Special Civil Application No. 10687 of 2016. There is a delay of 75 days in filing the instant Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners vide letter dated 09th February, 2017 has stated that copy of order dated 11th February, 2014 passed by the commercial tax department is not necessary for the purpose of hearing of the present SLP (copy of the letter dated 09th February, 2017 is annexed at page No. 79 of the SLP paper books).

The matter along with the applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
