UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to the petitioner to approach the High Court by way of review petition as according to learned counsel for the petitioner the High Court has fell in error in recording that defendant nos. 1 and 2 had not been

served and had not appeared, whereas the fact is that defendant nos. 1 and 2 were already represented by counsel through caveat. If such an application for review is filed, the same may be decided on its own merits.

The special leave petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
