Issue notice.

As an ad-interim measure, it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) before the Family Court, Darbhanga, Bihar, towards the litigation expenses. The respondent No.2-wife will be at liberty to withdraw the same. The deposit shall be made within two weeks hence.

The Family Court, after the deposition of the aforesaid amount, shall intimate the respondent-wife so that she can withdraw the amount and contest the present lis**.**

The Registry is directed to fix a returnable date within six weeks.
