Let notice be issued. The respondent no. 1 appears on caveat. Mr. Rauf Rahim, learned advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent no. 1. Thus, formal service of notice on respondent no. 1 is dispensed with. So far as respondent no. 2 is concerned, let notice be served upon the learned advocate who usually appears for Central Agency. Respondent nos. 3,4,6,10,11,12,13 and 14 be served through dasti as well as through regular course.
Affidavit of service to be filed by the advocate on record of the petitioners in this matter. We do not think any notice is required to be served upon the respondent nos. 7,8 and 9 at this stage.
