| The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th |
March, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-
*"*Issue notice to the Union of India, returnable next week. Liberty to serve the Union of India through its Standing Counsel in this Court. List again next week."
Accordingly, notice was issued to the Union of India in both matters through concerned
High Courts on 17-03-2015 as well as Dasti through standing counsel.
Thereafter the matter were again Listed on 20-03-2015 when Court was pleased to pass
the following Order:-
"Learned counsel for the petitioners is granted two weeks' time, so as to enable him to file proof of service on the respondents. List thereafter."

It is submitted that Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate has on 05-06-2015 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but has not filed Counter Affidavit on his behalf. Contd..2/-
It is further submitted that certificate of service has been received in respect of Respondent No. 1.
It is also submitted that counsel for the petitioner has also filed proof of service of Dasti through Standing counsel for the Union of India Respondent No. 1 in both the matter.
It is submitted that status report has been received stating W.P. (c) No. 6608 of 2014 is still pending before High Court.
Service of show cause notice is complete.

There are 3 respondents in the matter (Union of India)
It is submitted that Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of all the respondents and also filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of the same is included in the paper books.
It is further submitted that status report has been received from High Court stating that W.P. (c) No. 4662 of 2013 is still pending before the Hon'ble Court.
Service of notice is complete in both the matters.
