It is further submitted that there are three respondents in SLP((Crl.) No. 5762 of 2009 Respondent No.1/State of Haryana in SLP(Crl.) No. 5762 of 2009 is represented through Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta Advocate and Respondent No.2 and 3in the matter are petitioners in SLP(Crl.) No. 6310 of 2008 (main matter) and are duly represented through Smt. Pratibha Jain, Advocate.
