The matter above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 31st October, 2013 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in W.P. No. 25243 of 2013.

It is submitted that there are five Respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. T. Harish Kumar, Advocate and certificate of service has been received in respect of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 from the High Court.

Service is complete.

Original record has been returned back to the High Court in terms of circular dated 4th December, 2014.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of cases and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where the parties do not file statement of cases within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the parties do not desire to file statement of cases and they have adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of cases.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report as pre final hearing.
