Ms.Rachna Joshi Issar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants commenced her arguments at 11.40 A.M. and concluded at 12.30 P. M. Thereafter, Mr. Ravindra Bana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent in SL P(C)No.21958- 21959 / 2005 made his submissions upto 12.50 P.
