UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Permission is granted to file Special Leave Petition.
Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent No.5 and the learned counsel for the respondents.
Perused the order dated 13th February, 2023. The notice was issued for a limited purpose.
We have perused the impugned order. We find that the impugned order decides nothing on merits. It is, therefore, obvious that the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner will have to be decided on its own merits subject to just objections which may be raised by the respondents therein.
With this clarification, the Special leave Petition is disposed of.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
