Admittedly, another writ petition filed by the petitioner herein along with one more person way back in the year 2020 is pending adjudication in the same High Court. Therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner that the fate of that writ petition may be sealed by the impugned order, deserves to be addressed. Hence, this notice.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve papers of the petition on the standing counsel for the State of Karnataka.
