Issue notice. Mr. Vikas Mehta, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Nos. 5054, 5034 and 8162 of 2012. Ms. Vibha Dutta Makhija, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/caveator in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 7809 of 2012. Counter affidavit, if any, may be filed by May 04, 2012. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed by July 06, 2012 with liberty to file additional documents to both sides. During the pendency of the special leave petitions, the petitioner - Chairman, Board of Trustees, Cochin Port Trust, shall not be bound by the High Court judgment in realising ground rent for the containers. Mr. Gopal Subramanium, senior advocate appearing for the petitioner, however, states that no coercive measures will be taken for realising any additional amounts from the respondents. Needless to say that this interim arrangement is only in respect of the petitioner and it does not, in any ....3/- : 3 : way, affect the tariff order made by the Tariff Authority for Major Ports. It is further clarified that any actions taken during the pendency of these petitions shall be subject to the final result of the special leave petitions.
