It is submitted that Mr. Abhijit Sengupta, counsel for the respondent No. 1 has on 1 st October, 2015 filed a Contempt Petition for willful disobedience of Hon'ble Court's order dated 29th August, 2014 and the same has been registed as Contempt Petition Nos. 750-751/2015.

It is further submitted that SLP paper books has been weeded out after due preservation. Counsel has filed fresh SLP paper-books.

The aforesaid Contempt Petition is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
