The Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 seeks and is given four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit. Respondent No.2 has already filed the counter affidavit. Service is complete as against the respondent Nos. 3 to 7 and 11-12 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. These respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated above, in case they intend to do so.
