O R D E R

Reliefs claimed in the concerned application(s) are overlapping. Hence, these applications are disposed of by this common order.

The question is: whether two months further time need be given to the Tribunal to conclude the proceedings, beyond the time noted in the order dated 30.09.2021 passed by this Court in Civil Appeal Dairy No.5221 of 2021?

We have perused the order dated 24.01.2022 passed by the Tribunal. In light of the factual aspects noted in the said order, we do not find any fault with the Tribunal for its inability to conclude the proceedings within the time specified in the order dated 30.09.2021.

2

The order also indicates that neither party had protracted the proceedings as such.

Taking relevant aspects into account, by way of indulgence, we extend the time period specified in the order dated 30.09.2021 upto four weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the Tribunal is unable to conclude the proceedings within four weeks from today, the self-operative order dated 30.09.2021 must come into play. In which case, the administrator shall take necessary steps for installing the duly elected Committee by conducting elections. No further extension request will be entertained.

Learned counsel for the private parties, in particular Mr. Neeraj Kishan Kaul, learned senior counsel, has assured that full cooperation will be extended to the Tribunal for early completion of the proceedings. That assurance is accepted.

In view of the above, the miscellaneous applications are disposed of.
