Learned counsel for the appellant in all these appeals are present before the court. They are praying for dasti service upon the unserved respondents.

In all such cases, considering the delay taken till date for confirming service, appellants have to supply additional copies and to pay process fee on or before 11.2.2012. Dasti must be provided to them before 14.2.2012 and they must file proper proof of service before 14.3.2012.

If proper proof of service in all such matters are not filed before 14.3.2012, all the appeals shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non-prosecution.

It has been pointed out that in fact some of the unserved respondents in some of the appeals are very well present before the court as the appellants in other appeals. If it is the position so far as the unserved respondents are concerned, the concerned appellants are permitted to confirm service upon such respondents through the concerned Advocates, who are appearing for such respondents as the appellants in any connected appeal in all the matters. Item No.38 -5-

In CA Nos.876,1003,1004,1261 and 1306/2008, as per office report, Director General, INR is concerned, who is present in connected appeals through the learned Advocates, Ms.Sushma Suri/Mr. B.K. Prasad. In view of such fact, appellant in all such appeals have to confirm service by providing additional copies to them and to file proper proof of acknowledgment on record to avoid issuance of further notices. If such acknowledgment is not filed before the next date, i.e. 14.3.2012, all such appeals shall also be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non-prosecution.
