Mr. A.V Rangnam, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 3 but has not filed counter affidavit. Service of notice of lodgment of petition on respondent no. 2 is complete but no one has entered appearance on its behalf. Counsel for the appellant has on 04.09.2015 filed rejoinder affidavit.

Service of Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal is complete.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the appellant has filed application for amendment of Appeal which is registered as I.A. Nos. 1315 of 2015. Counsel for respondent No. 1 has filed application for Directions and the same is registered as I.A. Nos. 1618 of 2016. (Copies are placed with paper books)
