The counter affidavit and the addition affidavit have been filed by respondent No.108, the contesting party.
An affidavit has also been filed by respondent No.107/ the concerned company. Learned Additional Solicitor General submits that he would like to verify some of the facts set out therein and file a rejoinder to the counter affidavit and additional affidavit of respondent No.108.
Insofar as the additional affidavit of respondent No.108 is concerned, learned counsel for the respondent No.107 also states that as the company concerned they would like to file a response to the same for which liberty is granted to do so within three weeks.
