SLP (C) NO. 22048 OF 2014

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th August, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice, returnable on 15.09.2014. Tag with SLP (C) 17881 of 2014. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Until further orders, the implementation of the impugned Judgment shall remain stayed and any certificate issued in pursuance of the said Judgment shall not be given effect to. "
