It is submitted that Civil Appeal (C) Nos. 9002-9003 of 2013 arising out of SLP(C) CC No. 16699-16700/2013 was filed against order dated 26.04.2013 in WA No. 1244 of 2009 referred to Annexure P-6 at page nos. 223-224 is still pending before this Hon'ble Court (Copy of Record of Proceeding dated 27.09.2013 is enclosed).
