As prayed for, the name of deceased respondent No. 3 is ordered to be deleted from the array of the parties in special leave petition No. 5298 of 2010.

It is further clarified that having regard

to the facts and circumstance of the case, the legal representatives of the deceased No. 3 in : 2 :

SLP(C) No. 5298 of 2010 need not be brought on the record of the case. Permission to amend cause title of SLP(C) No. 5298 of 2010 is granted.

The applications accordingly stand disposed of.
