The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 25.07.2013 passed by the High Court of Karnataka, Circuit Bench at Dharwad in MFA NO. 23926/2011 (LAC).

It is submitted that there was delay of 64 days in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by the Additional Registrar of Sec-IB.

It is further submitted that SLP No.39384/2013 arising out of similar issue between cross parties was dismissed by this Court on 16.12.2013 (Copy of order dated 16.12.2013 enclosed).

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Counsel for the petitioner has on 04.03.2014 filed an Application for permission to file additional documents (I.A. No. 3) with additional documents and the same is being circulated with this report.

The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the impugned final Judgment and Order dated 01.08.2013 passed by the High Court of Karnataka, Circuit Bench at Dharwad in MFA No. 25784/2011.

It is submitted that SLP No.5541/2014 and the instant matter arising out of similar issue and have been tagged together.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
