UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1/State and Respondent No.4 seek time to file counter affidavit.
It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1/State that the land in question is in possession of the State ever since 2008. This submission is, however, disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner(s).
Status quo with regard to the possession, as on today, shall be maintained by the parties, until further orders.
However, we make it clear that this order shall not be made use of for regaining possession by the petitioner(s).
List after six weeks.
