SLP(C) NO. 30906 OF 2016:

There are 5 Respondents in the matter. Mr. Ravindra Kumar, Counsel for Respondent No. 4 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far and Mr. Anuvrat Sharma, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 though served with notice.

SLP(C) NO. 31992 OF 2016:

There are 4 Respondents in the matter. Mr. Ravindra Kumar, Counsel for Respondent No. 4 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far and Mr. Anuvrat Sharma, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent

Nos. 1 to 3 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed proof of service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in all the above matters on Mr. Anuvrat Sharma, Standing Counsel for the State of U.P.

SLP(C) NO. 36255 OF 2016:

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.12.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) Nos. 30803 of 2016. "

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to Respondent No. 4 through Mr. Ravindra Kumar, Advocate and to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 on 10.01.2017 through newly introduced Bar Coding Slip System. As per India Track Report the notice have been despatched to Respondent No. 1 to PH Lucknow and to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to PH Ghaziabad CSO but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
