nos. 2, 5, 8, 9 and 10, could not be served as they were not found on the given address.
It is further submitted that the new addresses of the respondents not known to the petitioner and more particularly respondent nos. 2, 5, 8, 9 and 10 were proforma respondents. The counsel submits that no relief was claimed against these respondents and these respondents are not necessary party for the disposal of the petition.
Accordingly, in view of the submissions, the I.A.No. 260149/2023 is allowed and respondent nos. 2, 5, 8, 9 and 10 are deleted from the array of respondents at the wish and risk of the petitioner.
