UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
D.No. 2932 of 2024
Issue notice on the application seeking condonation of delay as well as on the Civil Appeal @ D.No. 2932 of 2024 returnable on 11.03.2024.
In addition to the usual mode, liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board.
In the meantime, operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.
