UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

C.A. No. 480/2023

Respondent No. 14 has been deleted from the array of parties.

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 1, 3, 5 to 8 & 13, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks time is granted to respondent Nos. 2, 4, 9, 15 & 16 to file the counter affidavit.

Notice issued to respondent Nos. 11 and 12 is returned with postal remarks "Refused". Thus, service is deemed to be complete on the said respondents and there is no appearance.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos. 10 & 17.

List again on 10.5.2024.
