The matters above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 4th March, 2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand) to the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Fund. Permission to file Special Leave Petition is granted. Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted."

It is submitted that pursuant to order dated 4th March, 2016, show cause notice on usual as well as through dasti mode was issued to all the respondents on 10th March, 2016.

Service position of each matter is given below:-

SLP (C)NO.7064 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are five respondents. Respondent No. 5 is represented by Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate. In respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back so far.

SLP (C)NO.7065 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are 13 respondents. Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are represented by Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate. In respect of Respondent Nos. 5 to 13, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back so far.

SLP (C)NO.7066 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are seven respondents. Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 are represented by Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate. In respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 7, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back so far.

It is submitted that Senthil Jagadeesan, Counsel for the petitioners has on 12th April, 2016 filed affidavit of dasti service on behalf of all the respondents.

Service is complete by way of dasti service.

It is further submitted that Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate has on 7 th September, 2016 filed common counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 5 in Special Leave Petition(C) No. 7064 of 2016, Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 in Special Leave Petition(C) No. 7065 of 2016 and Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 in Special Leave Petition(C) No. 7066 of 2016. Copy of the same has already been included in the Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Thereafter, the matters above mentioned was listed before the Registrar's Court on 25th April, 2016, when the following order was passed:-

"Service of all the respondents in all the matters is complete.

As such Registry to process the matter in terms of order of the Hon'ble Court dated 4.3.2016 with a complete office report showing status of all the respondents in all the matters."

Thereafter, the matters above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23rd September, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"As jointly prayed for, list these matters on 27.9.2016 (a non-miscellaneous day). In the meantime, pleadings be complete by the parties."

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
