The matters above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 4th March, 2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand) to the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Fund. Permission to file Special Leave Petition is granted. Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, show cause notice on usual as well as through dasti mode was issued to all the respondents on 10th March, 2016.

SLP (C)NO.7064 OF 2016

It is submitted that there five respondents. Respondent No. 5 is represented by Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate. In respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back so far.

SLP (C)NO.7065 OF 2016

It is submitted that there 13 respondents. Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are represented by Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate. In respect of Respondent Nos. 5 to 13, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back so far.

SLP (C)NO.7066 OF 2016

It is submitted that there seven respondents. Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 are represented by Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate. In respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 7, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back so far.

It is submitted that Senthil Jagadeesan, Counsel for the petitioners has on 12th April, 2016 filed affidavit of dasti service on behalf of all the respondents.

It is further submitted that letters have been received by post from Mr. K. Murugan, Respondent NO. 5 in SLP(C) No. 7064 of 2016, Mr. P. Krishnamoorthy, Mr. K. Prabhakar, Respondent NO. 3 and Mr. R. Anbarasan, Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in SLP(C) No. 7065 of 2016 respectively stating therein that Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Counsel for the petitioners has served only seven pages containing the names of the parties but the ground of the Special Leave Petition have not been served on them and they requested to serve the complete set of SLP copy. In this regard, a letter was issued to Counsel for the petitioner to serve the copy of Special Leave Petition on the abovesaid respondents.

Service is complete by way of dasti service.
