Accordingly, instant matter was tagged with SLP (C) No. 3053330535 of 2015 & notice was issued to both the respondents on 26022016 through Regd. A.D. Post.

It is submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the said notice has been received from both Respondent till date.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has on 13072016 filed an application for directions for detagging the SLP with other bunch of matter which has been registered as Interlocutary Application No. 2 of 2016. Copy of the same is included in the paper books.
